Extract PDF tables into an Excel workbook. Pages without tables are saved as text rows.

Before you download
Detected tables become worksheets. If a page has no detected table, its text is exported as one line per row.
Common questions
What happens if no table is found?
The page’s readable text is exported into rows so you can organize it in the spreadsheet.
Can I convert an image-only scan?
Use OCR PDF first. Check recognized numbers and column structure carefully before using the extracted data.
Is the PDF-to-spreadsheet download an XLSX file?
Yes. The output is an XLSX Excel workbook; the older binary XLS format is not exported directly. Detected PDF tables are extracted where possible, and other readable page text is exported into rows for review.
